Some examples in GM: • CYP2C19 genotyping in stroke/TIA e.g Genedrive • Online referral systems to support timely patient flow in stroke and referral to TIA clinics e.g. Patient Pass • Wearable ECG monitoring for Atrial Fibrillation post stroke/TIA e.g. ePatches • One stop shop TIA clinics • Telerehabilitation/virtual rehabilitation e.g. NROL etc • Interventions using digital or technology to support increased intensity and frequency of rehabilitation e.g. virtual reality, robotics etc • Online platforms to support self-management and Patient Initiated Follow Up approaches in long term conditions e.g. websites, social media peer support etc
