The webinar will showcase the outcomes and experience of the NHS England Stroke Quality Improvement for Rehabilitation (SQuIRe) Catalyst project: Implementation of a stroke visual impairment pathway in the Southern Sector of Greater Manchester.

Aims

• Showcase our visual impairment pathway design and implementation approach
• Highlight the importance of multi-organisational working across different care settings including involvement of the voluntary sector
• Demonstrate the value of orthoptic integration and MDT working
• Outline measurable clinical and system impact

Speakers will include professionals involved in the project from the network, inpatient and community stroke services in Stockport, and the charity Henshaws.
