Network annual report now available

We are delighted to launch our latest annual report for 2023/24 highlighting a wide range of achievements during the past 12 months.

We continue to develop as the only service improvement network in the country that combines stroke and neurorehabilitation, which we feel brings huge benefits for both patients and our clinical services.

The people we work with continue to amaze us with their dedication, innovation and passion for improving care. This report showcases many great examples of team working across the region, and demonstrates how well we come together as a network with a shared purpose. Our new strategy for 2024-26 will help underpin this collaborative approach and take us positively into the future.
