Embedding Tools in GP Practices

To ensure seamless integration into your daily workflows, our toolkit and related resources are embedded within clinical systems used across Greater Manchester:

  • For EMIS Users: Access the toolkit directly via the GM CVD F12 Protocol Launcher, providing quick and easy access to all relevant stroke and TIA resources during consultations.
  • For SystemOne Users: Look for the “Stroke and TIA Resources” module under your clinical pathways for guidance and tools.

Embedding these resources into your systems saves time and supports evidence-based decision-making at the point of care.
