A summary of our Patient and carer involvement

We have recently been sharing the outputs of our PPI work, although sadly Abi, our Co-ordinator, has now finished due to lack of funding. However, her work has led to a step change in what we do and her legacy will live on!

We now have comprehensive webpages for patient and carer involvement including:

• Patient & Carers – highlighting what PPI is and opportunities to get involved
• Professionals – support to undertake PPI in their service improvement including a toolkit of resources

We have also developed a report on our step change with a full report and also plain English summary.

We have also published our March newsletter in a plain English format.
