Launch of South Manchester Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team

Really excited to announce the launch of South Manchester Community Neuro- Rehabilitation Team.

The service is dedicated to providing  a needs-led function improvement plan,  allowing  patients to maximise their rehabilitation potential. In order to access the service people will need to be  medically stable and ensure that they are safely managed at home or in their usual residence; for example, a nursing home/residential setting.
