Wide range of toolkits available to support quality improvement

As a network, we undertake a wide range of collaborative quality improvement projects that often include the development of useful resources and tools, as well as invaluable learning and know how. We have started to package project outputs into toolkits to support professionals in our region and across the country in developing their services.

The following toolkits are now available, with a new resource for GPs on stroke/TIA due in May, and others under development:
