The Moving On Service supports people with a physical/sensory impairment living in Rochdale, Heywood or Middleton to improve their health and well-being whilst accessing information, advice, guidance, support, learning opportunities, employment support and meaningful activities. They offer a variety of courses for academic learning such as Basic Skills, IT etc. There are also courses aimed at supporting people with independent living, gaining confidence and improving their social networks. Moving On is part of Rochdale Adult Care - Access & Enablement.
