Counselling charities, Third Sector organisations and other local providers across Bolton are working together as 1 point to provide streamlined access to a range of psychological health and well-being services.
The office is staffed at varying times each day (see below).
Monday: 9am - 8pm
Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 8pm
Thursday: 9am - 5pm
Friday: 9am to 1pm

The access and crisis team acts as the single point of access for all referrals into mental health services including primary care mental health services and older people's mental health services.
The referrals are screened and triaged on a daily basis with members of the multi-disciplinary team including consultant psychiatrists, adult and older people’s mental health practitioners, and primary care mental health workers.
The function of the access and crisis team is to:
Act as a single point of entry which will receive, triage and direct all referrals onto the relevant service
Provide a comprehensive assessment for people on an urgent/priority basis and can provide follow up interventions.

Disability services have specially trained staff who can support individuals and carers by providing specialist assessments. This service aims to maintain people in their homes and help them remain as self-reliant as possible. If you have a disability, the Equipment and Adaptations team can offer an assessment to identify equipment or adaptations which make it easier for you to continue living independently in your own home. If you are assessed as requiring a piece of equipment then they will deliver and install the equipment in your home. They also make recommendations for major alterations to your home and planning for them. All the help offered is based on individual needs, and the service is available to people of all ages.

Adult Care Connect and Direct is the one stop shop for all adult care enquiries for Bury residents aged 18 or over. We can offer information and advice as well as signposting or referrals to other services. This is a befriending service providing short and long term care in a family home. Our services are for those finding it difficult to manage because of age related problems, mental health problems, learning or physical disabilities problems or older people with mental health problems such as dementia.

AFC Masters are a football club run for adults and children with a disability living in the North West. Training runs twice a week, Saturday morning at St Joseph's High School and Monday evening at Castle Hill Youth centre.

We help to make a difference to the local community by providing support on issues that Asian women find difficult to deal with. There are a number of multi-lingual counselors who speak a variety of languages.

We use the SMART Recovery Plan within the group to support individuals before, during and after alcohol or drug detox. We provide a friendly, safe and positive environment for people with addiction and mental health problems.
